March 19-23: 30 Minute Heart Rate Zone Walk and/or Crucible Fitness Session

March 26-30: Final Assessment: Body Fat%, Total Weight, Etc., 1 Mile Test, Plank & Push-ups

April: 2-6: The Ultimate Challenge*

April: 9-13: Awards (Awards program will be held at your workplace)

The Ultimate Challenge will consists of 400 completed repetitions of 4 different exercises in the fastest possible time. The exercises to be completed are:

  1. Push Ups x 100 repetitions
  2. Bicycle Clap Crunches x 100 repetitions
  3. Alternating Leg Lunge Jumps x 100 repetitions, and
  4. Burpees x 100 repetitions

The Ultimate Challenge will take place at your respective workplaces.

The Rules:

  1. Each company will select a 4 member team to complete the challenge
  2. Only 1 team member can be exercising (doing reps) at any given time
  3. The time stops once all 400 repetitions have been competed
  4. Any team member can complete any number of repetitions for any given exercises as long and he/she is the only team member doing the exercise

Team strategy plays a critical role in this challenge as ALL 4 TEAM MEMBERS can work together to complete the 100 repetitions required of each exercise by dividing the 100 reps among the group. Thus, team member #1 could do 25 reps and STOP. As soon as team member #1 stops then team member #2 would start on repetition 26 and so on until the team has completed 100 reps of each of the 4 exercises.
